E-rostering & Temporary Staffing Administrator
An exciting opportunity has become available in the ERostering & Temporary Staffing Team for a Band 3 Administrator.
- Full time 37.5 hours and we are happy to consider flexible working options
- Full training and support will be given on Optima and Bankstaff RLDatix systems.
Fixed term until 31 March 2026.
Main duties of the job
Managing Booking temp staff into shifts using Allocate suite of products.
Liaising with Agencies
Answering telephone/email queries
Checking and authorising invoices for payment
Ensuring staff complete mandatory training
Recruitment of temp workforce and associated work
Basic reporting
Attending staffing meeting
Texting shifts out on Allocate system
Good attention to detail

You will need to be knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft Office particularly Excel, Outlook and Word, you will be given training on Allocate software systems.
You will also be required to work on other Trust systems such as LMS, EASY, Integra and TRAC.
We are a small fast paced team who work with Ward Managers, Bank Workers, Agencies and Agency staff to fill and recruit a temporary workforce and ensure safe staffing. You will also deal with questions regarding the Allocate Roster System and have knowledge on Basic Healthroster usage, (Training will be given) recognising when this needs to be escalated to the Deputy and ERostering Manager.
You will need excellent communication skills, have exceptional attention to detail, be able to think on your feet and prioritise workload, working closely with our current Administrators, Managers and outside Agencies, ensuring we deliver a first class service.
