Job summary
We are seeking a Project Manager within the Transformation Management Office (TMO) to work full time, 37.5 hours per week.
The TMO oversees a range work programmes for the Trust, coordinating the resource capacity required to deliver a range of strategic requirements, business developments, and redesign projects.
You will work autonomously without daily supervision and independently resolve the majority of issues delegated by the Senior Service Transformation Manager.

Main duties of the job
- Production and on-going management of project plans. Collate, analyse and assess the individual contribution of each project's performance data towards the overall programme plan and advise the Senior Service Transformation Manager of associated risks.
- Lead on supporting project managers with project dependency mapping and factor these dependencies into resource and milestone plans. Co-ordinate these interdependencies and report as part of the monthly reporting cycle.
- Ensure any approved changes to the Project are communicated and are reflected in the associated plans.
- Provide assistance on the production of business cases as appropriate.
- Lead on supporting project managers with the development of communications tools such as stakeholder maps.
- Ensure full communication lines across all Directorates are in place and functional to manage the impact of the TMO across all of the Trust.
- Proactively engages with the wider organisation to identify areas for improvement and lead the necessary action to implement.
- Support operations and corporate directorates with the development of CIP Plans as and when required.
- Deputise for the Senior Service Transformation Manager as required where appropriate across a number of meetings not exclusively (team /committees/system wide).
- Lead on ensuring any new processes and ways of working are effectively managed across the Trust.
