Job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Community Mental Health Practitionerto join our newly established Sexual Abuse and Assault Pathway in North Staffordshire. This role is to work exclusively in the Sexual Assault services pathway provided by North Staffordshire combined NHS Trust, VCSE (Survive and Woman's aid) and Staffordshire police crime commissioner.
Main duties of the job
Working in an identified Sexual Assault and Abuse Pathway, with the flexibility of working across pathways, dependent on skill and service need.
Delivering therapeutic interventions, in accordance with an agreed care plan, to an identified group of people experiencing mental health related difficulties.

Take responsibility for the management of a complex caseload, which includes, specialist assessment (within service specification), care planning in conjunction with service user and carer, evaluation of individual treatment plans (Care Programme Approach and Single Assessment Process).
