Main duties of the job
To support the Information and Performance Directorate in providing an accurate and efficient information service for the trust. The post holder is required to extract, analyse and report information to agreed deadlines under minimal supervision. To process and validate national data sets and investigate data quality issues. To provide support and cover for colleagues where necessary.

Job responsibilities
- Prepare and produce all national, local and internal report / submissions according to the timetable / deadline in line with the Directorates or other as required.
- Undertake data quality and reasonable checks on all reports / outgoings at the point of preparation/production - triangulating with other reports, checking with previous reports to ensuring parity of numbers, investigation large swings or abnormal values and reporting findings to the Senior Information Analyst for raising with Operations Team, taking corrective action at source.
- Raise any non-submission issues with the Senior Information Analyst (and Corporate Senior Information Analyst)
- Collating data to populate the Finance and Performance Executive (FPE) packs.
- Prepares and produces reports for the Foundation Group Board (FGB) Deep Dives.
- Ensure Data Quality is maximised throughout all information shared
- Support the Senior Information Analyst with report streamlining, effective reporting, report visualisation, Power BI.
