Main duties of the job

As a Community Hospital Staff Nurse, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality, holistic nursing care to patients with a range of medical and rehabilitation needs
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery and promote independence
  • Contribute to safe discharge planning and patient flow
  • Maintain a strong focus on patient safety, dignity, and experience
  • Support and engage with patients and families with compassion and professionalism
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement and service development
