Main duties of the job
As a Community Hospital Staff Nurse, you will:
- Deliver high-quality, holistic nursing care to patients with a range of medical and rehabilitation needs
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery and promote independence
- Contribute to safe discharge planning and patient flow
- Maintain a strong focus on patient safety, dignity, and experience
- Support and engage with patients and families with compassion and professionalism
- Participate in continuous quality improvement and service development
