The Dental Access Centre is part of Wye Valley NHS Trust.

1 x Receptionist - Full time 37.5 hours

We are looking to recruit a Dental Receptionist at Leominster to provide a customer focussed reception and administration service to support the daily running of our dental clinics.

Communication with patients, carers, face to face contact with patients and all visitors is key. Handling phone and face-to-face inquiries efficiently.

Main duties of the job

This role is very busy and includes all aspects of booking appointments, dealing with telephone and counter enquiries from patients, other health care professionals and other dentists. You will also undertake various clerical duties. The successful candidates should beable to work under pressure and have the ability to communicate with staff at all levels throughout the organisation.

It is important that applicants are able to demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills. The knowledge of a dental software package would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.

Applicants should be flexible and willing to travel if required to other Dental Access Centre in Herefordshire.
