Job summary

We are seeking motivated flexible individuals who would like to become Cleaning and Catering Members of our Soft Facilities Team working at Leominster Community Hospital providing both Cleaning and Catering Services in Leominster Community Hospital

These extremely vital roles are the lifeblood of the NHS and are pivotal in preventing infections and providing the highest standard of nutrition - our patients always remember whether food was good and if their rooms and facilities were clean.

All posts cover both domestic cleaning and catering, full training will be given. These roles are part time between from 0700- 2100 hours. The hours we are offering are:

3 * 5.5 hours shifts - (16.5 hours per week) however additional hours are available for the ideal candidate and can be discussed at interview.

Main duties of the job

To maintain the levels of cleanliness throughout the hospital environment to the laid down standards based on the National Standards of Cleanliness and ensuring that a continuity of service is maintained whilst adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.

To carry out a wide range of general catering duties ensuring a high quality service in line with Food Hygiene Regulations at all times.

Ability to problem-solve day to day issues that may arise.
