The Wye Valley Trust Headquarters (THQ) is seeking to appoint an administrator to support directly our Transformation and Corporate Governance teams.

You will need to be highly motivated with a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team. You should have a desire to learn and develop both professionally and personally.

The ideal candidate will need to be able to demonstrate that they can work in a demanding environment with changing priorities, be well motivated and reliable

Main duties of the job

To provide professional and comprehensive administrative support to the Transformation Team and Corporate Governance in Trust Headquarters including letters, reports, data entry, preparation of legal bundles, dealing with telephone calls and visitors and room bookings.

Located on the border with Wales in the shadow of the Black Mountains, we provide acute and community services across Herefordshire and into parts of Powys and run Hereford County Hospital and the community hospitals in Bromyard, Leominster and Ross-on-Wye.

Worcestershire is our neighbouring county. The post holder will be required to travel between sites.
