Job summary
As part of the Wye Valley Trust digital strategy and development plans we are looking for a new member of staff to join our dynamic and evolving team for EPR Clinical Functions. With a wide scope of work within the management of change and implementation of the Trusts digital portfolio across Herefordshire you will be a vital cog within the future development of our ongoing projects and Business as usual work streams.
We are keen to develop a motivated candidate to obtain the skillset required to aid the team to manage our responsibilities. The team cover a wide range of tasks including the creation of digital templates, correspondence management, OCS workstreams and configuration of the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system. The candidate will meet with a wide range of stakeholders to interpret and implement their requirements to deliver and optimise system functionality following handover from our project teams.
Provision of training in IMS Maxims systems, used for EPR at Wye Valley Trust, will be provided with further personal development and training available based on needs of the service.
Main duties of the job
o Creating form and content specifications in line with Business and Clinical processeso Creating and testing created forms in collaboration with testing teamo Prioritising workload to fit with team objectives and timelineso Use of Microsoft Office for general documents, communications and management of work.o Supporting ongoing project work where required, particularly in relation to preparation to support and maintain new functionality delivered by projects.o Update and modify EPR system clinical function related configuration as required during system upgrade and development cycles and in response to organisational priorities and user feedback.
