We are looking for Bank Admin Staff that are available Monday to Friday 30 hours plus per week. Please only apply if you are able to cover these hours.
We have an exciting new opportunity for experienced Admin professionals with Secretarial/PA experience to join our Temporary Staffing Bank Services; these opportunities are available within a range of areas across The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust.

We're looking for experienced Admin professionals with Secretarial/PA experience who want to work on an 'as and when' basis to join our in-house bank of administrators. Our bank administrators help to ensure that wards, departments, community teams and local GP practices across the Trust are always supported with expert admin help.
As a bank worker, you can work flexibly to fill a temporary vacancy or short-term staffing shortages. You may be asked to work at any time, with just a few days' - or hours' - notice.
Main duties will include:
- Being first point of contact for patients/visitors
- Typing clinic and admin letters using Trust digital dictation software
- Arranging tests and following up results
- Arranging appointments and booking rooms
- Liaising with other NHS providers and other health and social care organisations
- Working closely with Senior Managers
- Diary management
- Minute taking
- File Management
