Following the appointment of Chief Executive, Joe Chadwick-Bell and a restructuring of responsibilities to create a site based Hospital Management Team at the Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust, there is now an amazing opportunity for you to become our next Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Main duties of the job
Working with the Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director and the Board, particularly in bringing an operational perspective to the development of the Trust's strategic direction in relation to the provision of healthcare, teaching, and research
You will lead on the operational delivery of acute, community, tertiary and primary care services across the Trust. You will oversee performance, ensure the highest standards of patient care, and lead a large and diverse workforce with compassion and accountability.
Working at the heart of the Integrated Care System (ICS), you'll play an important role in shaping system-wide collaboration, improving patient pathways, and building partnerships that transcend traditional boundaries.
