Job summary
You will be part of a dedicated team offering care to a variety of patients , although we are a renal speciality we have a variety of patients, including those with Dementia.
The Trust is committed to continuing development; the successful applicant will receive support and training to deliver the care requirements of the speciality and enable them to achieve their full potential and become an integral member of the multi professional team.
Main duties of the job
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Health Care Assistant. The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust is one of the largest acute and community Trusts in the West Midlands. We are looking to recruit a Health Care Assistant to support the patients on our busy Renal/Medical ward . You will need to have at least six months experience in a care setting.
If you looking for a new challenge, are energetic, adaptable and hardworking and are not fazed by changing and demanding situations, can stay calm and support the trained nurses and clinicians whilst they treat the many patients.
We are looking for caring, compassionate individual with experience in a health care setting. You must have excellent communication skills, the role will involve assisting with the direct care of patients as delegated to and supervised by registered nurse / health care professional.
The role will provide support to the nursing team working collaboratively with members of the multi-disciplinary team and contributing positively to the delivery of high quality compassionate care.
