Job summary
We are looking for a well organised and motivated individual to join our team with excellent people skills. We would like you to have a welcoming and positive approach to our patients and be a reliable member of the team. You must possess good communication skills and demonstrate an ability to organise your workload. You need to be flexible and be able to adapt to the changing needs of the Service. Experience in an administrative role will be required.

Main duties of the job
Duties of the job role will include, but are not limited to, covering reception, answering the telephone, diary management and data entry. You may also be required to assist the Office Manager with tasks such as minute taking, typing of minutes, collation of data and updating of spreadsheets so experience of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel is required. In addition, you will be required to update the Service's electronic records system (R4+) for which training will be given if required, inputting information in an accurate and timely manner which may include entering referrals and updating patient records. You will also be required to assist with the transportation of paperwork to outside organisations relating to the Mobile Service and Epidemiology. You will be required to be flexible in your approach to work and on occasion you will be required to work across our three community clinic settings which are based at Pennfields, Pendeford and Parkfields.
