The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust has an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our friendly rostering team. General Rostering are responsible for support the ongoing education and development of our electronic rostering system, HealthRoster/Optima.This includes system configuration, testing, delivery of training sessions, development of guidance documentation, reporting and active promotion of the system.
The post holder must therefore possess excellent communication and organisational skills, including the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Also, proficient in using Microsoft Office.
The post holder must also be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of HealthRoster/RLDatix Optima. An Allocate Certificate Professional (ACP) certification is desirable.
Training and Development Role - This position is offered as a band 4 role, however a training and development role will be considered under annex 21 for applicants who do not yet have all of the knowledge and skills too meet the full criteria. Pay will be determined as a percentage of the full band 4 salary. Further information around annex 21 can be here.
Main duties of the job
To assist in the implementation and development of the Trust's electronic rostering system, HealthRoster
To support the effective use of the electronic rostering system by providing technical expertise to resolve queries in a timely manner
To deliver specialist training
To support the delivery of an efficient electronic rostering support and data quality function
Assist with the monthly preparation and submission of the time & attendance and absence information
