Please note that a regular onsite presence and travel to other Trust sites is required as part of our hybrid working arrangements. Interviews will be held face to face at the Hospital.
Main duties of the job
We are seeking a business analyst who:
- A highly inquisitive and articulate individual with an eye for detail
- Who is keen to promote digital ways of working as a means to secure service improvements and efficiencies
- With the ability to identify and engage with all levels of stakeholders
- Who will use their skills to find the best ways to capture, understand, and document current ways of working
- Who will team up with service areas to analyse and identify new ways of working with technology
- Who will develop an understanding of the impact of introducing new systems alongside other existing clinical systems and fully consider the implications
- Who will work with the project team to define processes, system use and configuration
- Will validate and promote the new ways of working
- Will take responsibility for ensuring that the new system and processes are designed to achieve the intended benefits
