Job summary

These exciting opportunities have been created in the Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust (SaTH) to appoint two Senior PMO Business Partners to work in the Trust's Programme Management Office (PMO).

This key role will work across the trust to drive forwards our transformation agenda, providing comprehensive support and assurance across our major programmes.

The successful applicant will have experience in managing complex projects and delivering identified benefits with a proven track record of leading service transformation, ideally within the NHS or health related environment.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be a senior member of the the Trusts' central Programme Management Office (PMO) team and will be responsible for thedelivery, support and monitoring of major, complex and high value programmes and projects within the SaTH and the Shropshire, Telford, andWrekin Integrated Care System (ICS)

  • Degree, professional registration, or equivalent specialist experience
  • PRINCE 2 Foundation or equivalent qualification or experience

Desirable

  • PRINCE 2 Practitioner or equivalent qualification or experience
  • Coaching qualification
  • Formal training in Lean methodologies to an advanced level
  • Relevant post graduate qualification

Experience
