About us

We work as one team despite being across two sites.

We work closely with our MDT to maintain high standard of care and compassion.

We recognise outstanding care within our team, supported by the Learning from Excellence. We also highly value safety and quality - with established daily safety huddles, improved communication through our team newsletter and open culture for all staff to suggest improvements.

We value training and development highly on our unit, and we will support you to complete your mentorship course and training as part of your development. This is in addition to monthly training on the unit related to various topics including advanced equipment and of course, your statutory and mandatory training.
