Main duties of the job
- To be responsible for assessing individual patient care needsand developing, implementing and evaluating plans of carefor a group of patients in accordance with agreed policies andprofessional guidelines.
- To take charge of the ward for a span of duty, normallyworking under the supervision of senior staff.
- To work flexibly to meet the needs of the service
