Job summary
Medicine and Emergency Care Division are looking for a dynamic, passionate and forward-thinking leader to join our Division as Centre Manager for Medicine.
Accountable to the Divisional & Deputy Director of Operations post holder has the responsibility for the business and performance management of the Centre. Ensuring that performance targets and strategic objectives are met, including managing capacity and demand in order to achieve targets. Working in collaboration with key stakeholders across the Trust and wider health economy, you will demonstrate a strategic approach to service improvement and best clinical pathways, supporting process/pathway redesign and produce business plans/business cases to support development within the centre.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be accountable for the delivery of all services of the Centre.
As Centre Manager for Medicine, you will emulate our Trust values through your leadership, support the Trust's overall strategic objectives, have a delivery focused mindset to ensure that your services are delivering the best outcomes for our patients and the community we serve.

- Evidence of professional management development
- Significant experience of working at a senior management or professional level (equivalent to Postgraduate Diploma) in the acute sector
