An exciting opportunity for a permanent Band 6 Sister/Charge Nurse has become available at our friendly Renal Dialysis unit at Hollinswood House, Stafford Park, in Telford.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated dialysis nurse who is interested in gaining management experience and developing their leadership skills.
Main duties of the job
On the Dialysis Unit we care for patients undergoing Haemodialysis and focus on holistic care, we also promote self-care, which enables and empowers our patients. Our aim is to provide a high quality standard of individualised care and treatment to patients with established renal failure within a safe and supportive environment by friendly, competently trained staff.
Dialysis experience is essential, you will be supported to complete your acute dialysis competencies at our main unit at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital.
