Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 Staff Nurse to apply for a permanent position in the Outpatients Department at The Princess Royal Hospital, Telford.
We are seeking a caring, motivated and enthusiastic nurse who wishes to work within the Outpatients department. The successful candidate will work throughout the wide range of services offered in the General Outpatients Department.
You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team working within the Outpatient service providing professional and clinical support to patients. They mustdemonstrate a high level of practice and knowledge whilst participating in direct evidenced based patient care.
You mustpossess good communication skills and be able to work well as part of a team. You must be flexible in your approach and be able to respond appropriately to the demands of an ever changing workload.
The successful candidate must be flexible to meet the needs of the service.
Main duties of the job
To be responsible for assessing individual patient care needs and developing, implementing and evaluating plans of care for a group of patients in accordance with agreed policies and professional guidelines.
