An exciting opportunity has arisen at The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital Trust (SaTH) on a 2 year fixed term/secondment contract, for an enthusiastic and energetic individual with excellent analytical skills to join the the Digital Team as a Business Change Analyst. This is an excellent time to join our team as we embark upon the delivery of a digital transformation roadmap across the organisation.
Main duties of the job
As a Business Change Analyst you will be responsible for the analysis and review of processes and systems, identifying where improvements and efficiencies can be gained, driving forward the Trust's digitalisation agenda of improvements and benefits realisation. Supporting the Business Change Lead in leading changes of culture, approach, systems and processes within the Trust.
The post holder will ideally have proven experience of change management, ideally in relation to clinical system implementation.
You will be highly capable of planning and prioritising work, managing competing demands & deadlines and you will have the enthusiasm and drive for results. You will be required to take a flexible and innovative approach combined with excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills to ensure that the application performs to the requirements of its users and clinicians.

Working as part of the Business Change team within the digital department you will work autonomously, within the boundaries of the role, as well as, importantly, being part of a team.
You will be supported by the wider digital team to deliver services designed around supporting end users and show an ability to learn and respond to demands in a fast-paced technical environment
