To support the Lead Superintendent Radiographers by providing operational management support and to be the line manager for designated non-clinical teams within Radiology. The post-holder has delegated accountability for the delivery of designated non-clinical services within the Centre, ensuring efficient and effective management of all resources to deliver efficient working in an environment of continuous improvement by leading improvement plans to achieve the operational and strategic objectives of the Centre.
Main duties of the job
The post-holder will work with the Radiology Centre Management Team and colleagues across the Trust including the Site Management Teams, other Operational Managers, Matrons, Ward Managers etc. to deliver the Trust's overall strategic objectives, ensuring that the patient experience is a key priority.
