Main duties of the job
To contribute to the care provision and review of the smokefree patient, through timely and accurate processing of incoming referrals and patient queries.
Ensuring entry and management of patient data on Quit Manager and SystmOne
The other part of the role will be helping with the day-to-day running of the team which may in addition include organisation of appointments, liaising with GP Practices for patient information, triaging and prioritising telephone calls from patients. There will also be some general administration duties including uploading of clinical information, photocopying and supporting the Health Improvement Practitioners and Tobacco Dependency Advisors and wider Healthier Lifestyle Service
Supporting with health promotion event planning and execution to increase the public awareness of the Healthier Lifestyle Service.
