West London NHS Trust is seeking an ambitious and driven Operational Effectiveness Manager to play a central role in delivering high-quality, efficient and person-centred services across our borough-based model.

This is a pivotal leadership role within Local Services, working at the heart of operational delivery, transformation and performance improvement across services.

You will work in close partnership with Borough Clinical Directors, Associate Borough Directors and multidisciplinary teams to ensure services are safe, effective, and continuously improving

As an Operational Effectiveness Manager, you will:

  • Lead borough-wide performance, quality and operational improvement
  • Translate complex data into actionable insight to drive service change
  • Support delivery of key priorities including:
    • Community Mental Health Framework
    • Quality & Safety agendas
    • Neighbourhood and integrated care models
  • Embed a culture of intelligent productivity and continuous improvement
  • Support optimisation of digital systems (e.g. EPR, dashboards, telephony)
  • Strengthen governance, risk management and CQC readiness
  • Work across organisational boundaries with local authorities, primary care and system partners

This is a highly visible role with significant scope to influence service delivery and improve outcomes for local populations

Main duties of the job

We are looking for a motivated, values-driven leader with:

  • Strong experience in operational delivery, performance improvement or transformation within the NHS or similar environment
  • Proven ability to interpret complex data and drive improvement
  • Experience working with digital systems, reporting or service redesign
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • A commitment to high-quality, equitable and person-centred care

You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, complex environment and able to balance operational priorities with long-term transformation.
