The Head of PCN Clinical Services will be an experienced and forward thinking registered health professional providing inclusive, compassionate and inspirational leadership.
This post is for an experienced Head of Service/Service Manager. The services covered within this role are across our five Hounslow networks which consist of 44 GP Practices.
We are looking for someone personable, innovative and experienced in leading change throughout PCN services. We are looking for a competent, emotionally intelligent leader who is able to engage teams and keep our primary care networks at the centre of decision making.
Main duties of the job
The Head of PCN Clinical Services will be an experienced and forward thinking registered health professional providing inclusive, compassionate and inspirational leadership.
The successful candidate will hold a current healthcare professional registration with the NMC, HCPC, SWE or GMC. You will be expected to have significant and recent experience of the core elements of management practice, including budget management. recruitment and retention. performance and quality improvement. line management and supervision of staff.
You will of course continue to be responsible for ensuring these aspects are of the highest quality when delivered by others.
