Lakeside Mental Health Unit, Hounslow
We're looking for skilled and motivated clinicians (Nurse/OT/Social Worker) to join our new Mental Health Crisis Assessment Service (MHCAS) at Lakeside.
As a Band 6 MHCAS Clinician, you'll play a key role in delivering rapid assessments, crisis interventions, and risk management for people in mental health crisis. You'll make autonomous decisions on admission and discharge, coordinate shifts, and support junior staff -- ensuring safe, compassionate, and patient-centred care.
Main duties of the job
Experience in acute, crisis, liaison, or community mental health care.
Strong clinical and risk assessment skills.
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
