Job summary
We are seeking a dynamic Band 7 Safeguarding Children Practice Development Lead to support frontline services across the Trust, with particular focus on the needs and priorities of Hounslow Services, with wider links to Ealing and Hammersmith & Fulham.
This key leadership role offers expert supervision, guidance, and professional development to staff managing complex safeguarding cases.
You'll work closely with multi-agency partners to promote high-quality, reflective safeguarding practice. If you're an experienced health professional with strong safeguarding expertise and a passion for improving outcomes for children, we'd love to hear from you.

Main duties of the job
Deliver high-quality, reflective 1:1 safeguarding supervision to health visitors and other frontline staff working with children and families.
Provide expert consultation and support on complex safeguarding cases, ensuring safe, informed, and consistent decision-making.
Lead the implementation and embedding of evidence-based safeguarding models, policies, and national guidance across services.
Strengthen multi-agency collaboration by working closely with partners, including Hounslow Children's Services, to promote coordinated and effective safeguarding responses.
Drive continuous improvement by contributing to safeguarding audits, staff training, and quality assurance initiatives.
