Location: Primarily based in H& F (0.6 WTE ) & Ealing (0.4 wte), with occasional support in Hounslow (the role is a split role)Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (split role) (secondment - 12months )

We are looking for a committed Clozapine Mental Health Nurse to join our innovative and supportive tri-borough Clozapine Service, covering Ealing, Hammersmith, and Hounslow occasionally.

About the Role:As a key member of the Clozapine Service, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and physical health monitoring for patients prescribed clozapine--both in the community and inpatient settings. You'll help coordinate and lead clozapine clinics, liaising closely with patients, carers, community teams, GPs, inpatient units, and Consultant Psychiatrists.

  • Experience of working alongside people with complex health problems in the designated care group
  • Experience of supervising staff
  • Experience of managing a caseload
  • Experience of providing a range of clinical interventions to people in the designated care group with a variety of health problems
