You will deputise the Admin Manager on her behalf and will have overall responsibility for the supervisory Staff management and electronic systems (S1 booking, ERS and Health rosters).
Main duties of the job
To work closely with the business and clinical team/service managers in ensuring the efficient delivery, management and service improvement of business systems to support the delivery of high-quality frontline clinical services.
The post holder will co-ordinate a comprehensive administrative support service to the clinical teams and an efficient referral and appointment/visiting management system via the electronic patient database. Ensuring the provision of high-quality customer services in the interface between the patients, carers, primary care, secondary care, community care, social care and voluntary organizations.
You would be working within standard operating procedures (SOP) and Trust policies, using their initiative in meeting the delivery plan to the expected timescales agreed with the business manager. In addition to scheduling and delegation tasks to Admin Team.To support new starters Induction and Training, alongside Staff HR meetings including probationary, sickness and performance.Be a role model for the MSK Services and the Admin team.Be a key member and actively participate in the Service Improvement programme (IST), representing the administrative team at any operational and planning meetings and delivering tasks and projects as agreed with the Service Manager.
