Ward Administrator - Edgware Ward
Band 3
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Broadmoor High Secure Hospital for a full-time position as Ward Administrator on Edgware Ward.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who works well under pressure. This role is exceptionally busy and we are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of Microsoft Office packages, high level organisational skills and an ability to manage and prioritise their own workload to meet agreed deadlines and competing priorities. Above all you will be motivated and hard working with an ability to work as part of our core team. Due to the nature of the work confidentiality is of great importance
Main duties of the job
Your duties will include working closely with the Ward Clinical Nurse Manager and liaising with both internal staff and external agencies. You will have a good standard of general education and be proficient in the use of Microsoft software. You will need to be organised and have excellent communication skills. The ability to work using your own initiative as well as being a team player is essential, so too are excellent interpersonal skills.
