About us

We are looking for a highly organised and compassionate Community Nursing Administrator to oversee the day-to-day delivery of nursing admin across Hounslow Borough and Specialist Services.

You will play a critical role in supporting clinicians, service users, and their families/carers, ensuring seamless service delivery.

  • Experience of inputting to and maintenance of electronic systems
  • Experience of working to local policies and procedures
