Job summary
We are looking for Project Lead with excellent project management skills to providing comprehensive project management across different projects, programmes and work streams, and supporting the Inpatient Social Work Lead to ensure outputs are delivered effectively and to time. This requires you to take responsibility for day-to-day delivery, and subsequent performance management, adjusting plans as required to ensure that risks and issues are mitigated.
This role offers will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective management of interdependencies and delivery of objectives. It is expected that the specific projects managed by the post holder will change over time as the portfolio of work changes.
Main duties of the job
- The post holder will support the development of project plans and the delivery of agreed milestones and objectives. Supporting the development of business cases to the Trust/ICB/ LBE related to Mental Health Care.
- The post holder will need to evaluate conflicting data/information from different stakeholders and be capable of making an independent judgement about what that data/information means. Providing suggestions to enhance whole patient journey and pathways.
- The post holder will provide and receive highly complex, highly sensitive or highly contentious information to stakeholders, including that relating to financial flows or system enhancement relating to Mental Health Care, It will have regular contact with a wide range of staff and partners at all levels within and outside of the Trust/ICB/ LBE,
