This new role of Programme Director Health and Care Integration will be at the heart of taking this ambition to the next level. We're transforming how we work as organisations to become a genuinely integrated local system, one which sees beyond structures and does what works best for our communities. This is a substantive fixed-term role that has been created and funded jointly by BBP partners to accelerate our journey of integration.

Main duties of the job

We're looking for an inspiring leader with significant senior leadership experience and knowledge of health and care services. You'll have a proven track record of delivering complex transformation programmes and a passion for improving outcomes in health and social care and empowering communities. You will be a bold leader with the ability to deliver change and innovation both directly and through your influence over stakeholders. You'll have excellent collaboration and negotiation skills and strong political understanding.

Our BBP is a non-statutory partnership that brings together Hounslow Council, West London NHS trust, West Middlesex University Hospital, North West London Integrated Care Board (ICB), Hounslow GP Consortium and Primary Care Networks, and Healthwatch Hounslow.It's on a journey to integrate in a way few, if any, local health and care partnerships have achieved. This is your opportunity to help lead something genuinely pioneering at a London and national level, with buy-in from all partners.

West London NHS Trust is leading the recruitment on behalf of the BBP, but the post-holder will work for all the partners, being hosted either within West London NHS Trust or Hounslow Council and reporting into the borough-based governance structures.
