Job summary
We are looking for an experienced IT Service Desk Manager to join our team. The key responsibility for this role is to provide high profile leadership and management for the engineers and support staff in the team, and to lead on the recruitment, appraisal and development of the staff. You will also be expected to manage the performance of the service desk, continuously reviewing service quality, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, while ensuring the delivery of a first-class IT support service to the Trust.
