Job summary
Applications are invited for the post of a fixed term Senior Clinical Fellow in Rheumatology and General Internal Medicine Registrar at Whittington Health NHS Trust.
The post is 50% Rheumatology and 50% General Internal Medicine including weekends and nightshifts on a 1 in 17 rolling rota.
The appointee will be an enthusiastic doctor, who will complement the existing skills/interests of the department. A commitment to providing the best possible care to general medical and Rheumatology patients, and to working with colleagues to develop improved systems for their management is essential. A proven ability to work effectively with existing colleagues is of the utmost importance.

Essential
- Full GMC Registration
- MB BS or equivalent medical qualification
- ALS provider status
- Must have previous experience working as a doctor in the NHS
- MRCP or Parts 1 or 1&2 or full MRCP

- BSc, MSc, MD, PhD (or equivalent)
- MRCP or Parts 1 or 1&2 or full MRCP
Skills and Abilities

- At least 6 months experience of working in Acute Medicine or Emergency Medicine
- Completed UK Foundation Programme (or equivalent)

- Experience of delivering undergraduate/ postgraduate medical teaching
- Meets professional health requirements (in line with GMC standards in Good Medical Practice)
