Main duties of the job
The post holder's key role will be to act as a compassionate leader supporting the delivery service of a quality, equitable, responsive, flexible, and evidence-based health visiting service.
The post holder will work as part of a 0-19 senior management team and be responsible forleading onthe strategic andoperational managementof the aligned services withinageographicallocality.
The postholderwill support the deliveryofthe Healthy Child Programmed,agreed qualityassurance framework andlead, motivate,support,and developstaff within thelocality. Thiswill include line management support, clinical and professional supervision, training and expertadviceoncaseloadmanagementwithinthecontextofworking as part of the wider Early Help and Early Years Services in Barnet.
