Administrative/ Patient Experience Officer - Band 3 Wood Green
Contract - Permanent - full-time
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our administration team at the Wood Green Community Diagnostic Centre. This is the chance to be part of something transformative and innovative and have a positive impact on how we improve patient pathways.
The post holder will be responsible for managing patient pathways, liaising with patients, receiving and collating patient feedback and general administrative duties.
The post holder will have a positive, 'can do' attitude who is willing to work with multiple teams, and will be a reflection of the value that we bring from the NHS to our patients.
Please note that this role is a rotational post between our Hornsey central, Whittington and Wood Green Sites.
Main duties of the job
Maintaining modality diaries, coordinating the requirements ofeach modality service and providing an efficient administration support to both the Admin and Clerical teams and clinical teams.
Being a point of contact for patients to give feedback and to liaise with management regarding key themes identified. To attend focus groups and referrers to promote the services provided by the CDC.

- To act as point of contact for patients and their representatives who contact the modalities and specific areas within the imaging, phlebotomy, and ophthalmology
- To ensure that the electronic appointment work list is monitored and that all appointments are made within the specific waiting time requirements and that all relevant paperwork is correctly filed and
- To ensure that relevant patient data is recorded in a complete and confidential manner in accordance with Trust policy.
- The post holder will work closely with the service lead in their assigned Modality to ensure the smooth running of the service and to suggest and help implement any necessary.
