Are you passionate about workforce transformation and improving productivity in healthcare? We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Job Planning Lead for Allied Health Professionals (AHPs) to join our Nursing and Patient Experience Division.This pivotal role will lead the implementation and embedding of e-Job Planning across our AHP workforce, driving service improvement through structured project and programme management. You'll work closely with the Chief AHP and collaborate across clinical divisions

Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilitieso Lead the rollout and optimisation of e-Job Planning for AHPs.o Manage workforce productivity projects using Quality Improvement and programme management methodologies.o Configure and maintain the Allocate/Optima system, train users, and ensure compliance.o Support demand and capacity planning, and analyse productivity data to inform strategic decisions.o Develop operational policies and guidance materials, and act as the system expert for AHP job planning.
What We're Looking ForEssential:o Substantial experience in workforce transformation.o Proven leadership and project management skills.o Experience with e-Job Planning systems (e.g., Allocate).o Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.o Ability to manage complex conversations and drive change.
