Would you like to be part of an admin team supporting therapists in a busy therapy service? Do you have experience of working in administration with good computer skills and an ability to communicate with patients? Haringey Talking Therapies is looking to recruit a permanent full-time Band 4 Administration and Central Booking Coordinator. We provide therapy to people who have struggle with depression or anxiety. The service has over 100 members of staff and is known for its high quality of service delivery and service design.
The Coordinator post is based at Crouch End Health Centre, but there might be some working from home. It is envisaged that this will continue (dependent upon service need and Trust guidelines).
Haringey Talking Therapies provides services for a diverse population with psychological problems; so it is essential that you are able to communicate sensitively and effectively with people from a variety of backgrounds and with people who need interpreters.Duties will include receiving and processing referrals, booking appointments, directing patients appropriately, handling enquiries from patients, referrers and other mental health professionals and operating and maintaining the electronic client clinical data management system.
All staff are required to do one out of hours shift (12-8pm) per week.
