Job summary
The post-holder is the Specialist Midwife for Patient Information and Communications for the maternity services providing essential communication to staff and service users. They will have primary day-to-day responsibility to draft and disseminate information to staff, services users, and the wider public, as required. They will act as a central point of contact for maternity communications such as the website, patient information, as well as sharing learning from national reports, audit, risks incidents and complaints, ensuring these are distributed in an engaging and meaningful format.
