About us
We are an Outpatient Pharmacy and Community Interest Company, wholly owned by Whittington Health NHS Trust, which means that our business is designed to make a real difference to our local community. Any profits we do make are reinvested into services for Whittington Health, to help local people live longer and healthier lives by providing safe, personal, coordinated care for the community we serve. The team embody the ICARE values and the successful candidate will also be expected to practice in line with these values.
Whittington Health serves a richly diverse population and works hard to ensure that all our services are fair and equally accessible to everyone. Nowhere is this more obvious than in the way we look after our staff. The Trust believes that as a public sector organisation we have an obligation to have recruitment, training, promotion and other formal employment policies and procedures that are sensitive to these differences.
