Project Support Officer- Start For Life Workforce Pilot.

Job summary

Would you like to join an exciting pilot looking at the development of skill mix staff in a health visiting team?The post holder will support the Start For Life Work Force Development Pilot for Islington's health visiting service. This pilot is an addition to Islington's Family Hubs implementation plan. You would work within the Islington HV Service coordinating the pilot management and you would be managed by the Operational Manager for the Start For Life Work Force Pilot. The role will be crucial for coordinating the mobilization of the pilot, whilst also assisting with some day to day administrative tasks.

Main duties of the job

The post holder is expected to balance analytical support with ad hoc reporting requests to support the pilot.

The poster holder will be expected to attend team meetings, where relevant, to present information and/or project developments.

Qualitative duties including maintaining a project dashboard and project management tracking techniques ( using Gantt charts).

Information management duties including manipulation and extraction of data, presentation dashboard skills and analysis skills such as statistical process control charts.

Communication duties such as ensuring that stakeholders and managers receive robst and timely information and feedback and engagement with all stakeholders on the pilot.
