Job summary

The post holder will work in the Haringey Rapid Response and Virtual Ward team which is part of the widermulti-agencyHaringey Urgent Care Response servicewhich supports hospital discharges and admission avoidance.

RRVW is co-located and integratedwith therapyand adultsocial servicescolleagues andaims to respond to patientreferralsin the community within 2 hours to prevent admission to hospital.

The post holder willprimarily be working in Haringey borough but may be required to see patients in other NCL boroughs.

Main duties of the job

Organisational and clerical

To line manage junior staff

To report to the Urgent Response Service business manager.

To present the Haringey Urgent Response Care Group as the Admin Lead and receive professional support from the Business manager.

In conjunction with Urgent Response Business Manager, to plan and organise department inductions, student placements, work experience scholars.

To support the Urgent Response business manager and service manager in ensuring staff have appropriate trust and site induction booked, smartcard activation as well as relevant logins to work.

To maintain accurate personnel records including sickness and annual leave on Healthroster and ESR (electronic staff records).

To support with recruitment of the Admin staff in the Team.
