The role will involve comprehensive and confidential administrative and clerical activities to meet the needs of the pharmacy department in accordance with departmental and Trust guidance, polices or procedures. To communicate related information and advice regarding the department.
As a member of the pharmacy clinical trials team you will be in involved in administrative tasks facilitating the opening of a clinical trial, clinical trial amendments, IXRS activities, and invoicing.

Main duties of the job
Act as the first point of contact for the Pharmacy Clinical Trials Team, dealing with routine queries and referring to the appropriate member(s) of the trials team where appropriate.
Assisting in the day-to-day smooth communication between the Pharmacy Clinical Trials Team and R&D, RRDN, Sponsors, Chief Investigators, Principal Investigators, Research Teams, Finance, other areas of the Pharmacy Department, the Pharmaceutical Industry and other research related organisations.
Be involved in administrative tasks to facilitate the efficient and timely opening of clinical trials and processing of clinical trial amendments or updates to the Pharmacy Site Files (PSF).
