Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of the Integrated Musculoskeletal Service in Coventry.
This role will support our Single Point of Access Triage Service and will provide administrative support to our clinicians and service users.
The purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive and confidential administrative and clerical activities to meet the needs of the service in accordance with Departmental, Trust and National standards, policies and procedures.

Main duties of the job
- To support the single point of access triage service
- Provide administrative support to our clinicians and service users.
- To assist with general departmental administrative tasks such as contacting patients, booking appointments and sending letters
- Assist with data collection related to service performance and utilisation
- To act as a point of contact for Primary and Secondary Care services for example, liaising with GP practices, First Contact Practitioners and Medical Secretaries
