Job summary

We are looking to recruit to Bands 2,3, and 4, therefore if you are looking for work (Monday to Friday) and can work a minimum of three days per week, then becoming a UHCW TSS Admin Bank member of staff could be the perfect role for you.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for experienced Administrators to work across the Trust to ensure that wards, departments and services are supported with expert admin skills. The roles available include:

  • Support Secretaries
  • Receptionists
  • PA's
  • Administrators
  • Booking Assistant

You must be confident in using Microsoft Office packages (word, excel, outlook), demonstrate strong communication skills, customer service and organisational skills, and have the ability to use your own initiative and prioritise your own workload.

Rates of pay*

Band 2 - £12.08 per hour

Band 3 - £13.13 per hour

Band 4 - £14.89 per hour
