Job summary
The E-Rostering senior nurse will be responsible for the day to day operational management of the system providing support and guidance for all aspects of E-Rostering across UHCW. The role will support the Lead nurse and members of the E-Rostering team to provide a quality service which is efficient, stays within financial constraints, provides high levels of user satisfaction and delivers core service objectives.

Main duties of the job
- Responsible for the design, development, delivery and evaluation of training for the E-Rostering system to ensure all staff appropriately use the system to assist the Trust in meeting its financial targets.
- Support the rostering and safer staffing lead in the delivery of all key targets and performance indicators as required.
- Promotes best practice in roster production through effective use of the E-Rostering system.
- To support the rostering and safer staffing lead in the development of measures for monitoring activity for wards, departments, Groups and help set targets where necessary.
