Band 7 Clinical Education Facilitator Theatres, UHCW.
To lead on training at Rugby Theatres and Ground Floor Theatres .
The Training and Education Team are looking to appoint a Registered Nurse or Registered Operating Theatre Practitioner who would like to apply for a Clinical Education Facilitator post to support Theatres. The successful candidate will join the already established Training Team based at UHCW.
The role will have primary responsibility to lead on and oversee Training and Education for Rugby St Cross Theatres and Ground Floor Theatres at UHCW .
The post will provide a key leadership role in the delivery of Training and Education to support the Training and Education Team in Theatres.
Main duties of the job
The candidate must have:
- Extensive experience in teaching and supporting staff / learners at all levels
- Current clinical credibility and demonstrable Trust values including excellent communication skills
- Proactive, motivated and passionate about developing and improving staff / learners and standards in practice
The role is to work alongside an established team to facilitate the development, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and audit of nursing/midwifery/ODP policies, protocols, guidelines and standards ensuring that they meet current practice and professional regulations. The candidate will demonstrating excellent communication skills and professionalism, being able to work as part of a team and having experience in working, teaching and supporting learners in practice.
